Sandbox Rental Policies
- Stays of 7 days or longer earn a 10% discount from the daily rates shown.
- Stays of 30 days or longer earn a 20% discount from the daily rates shown.
- Discounts may not be combined.
- Weekly and summer rates may not be available during holiday periods or special events.
- Dogs are welcome at a $50 fee. Management must approve pets in advance.
- A cleaning fee plus Sales and Bed tax must be added to all rates.
- All rates are subject to change.
- Assigned parking in the front of the building.
- Coin operated washer and dryer in building.
- Fresh linens and towels are provided three times weekly.
- 25% deposit required to hold reservation.
- Rates are firm upon receipt of deposit.
- $50 administrative fee on cancellations made 24 hours after original booking.
- Cancellations with less than sixty (60) days advance notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the reservation's total room charge. Any refund payable after rebooking.
- Maid Service is available upon request at an additional charge.
- One week minimum stay required during February and March.
- Check out is 10AM. Check in time is 3:00PM (Earlier if available)
- All units are NON-SMOKING.
